The hidden curriculum and its role in curriculum innovation implementation

چکیده

The hidden curriculum comprises unspoken or implicit values, behaviors, procedures, and norms in an educational setting. This can be alternative to empowering attitudes, ​​and non-cognitive skills, for example, politeness, honesty, hard work, cooperation, tolerance students during the implementation of innovations.. An alignment between intended/official innovation implemented encourages positive manifestation curriculum. Negative due misalignment makes envisaged change through elusive, like a mirage that never caught. paper critically discusses how may promote hinder successful implementation. Implications are also discussed.
